It’s been awhile since I last updated this site, not too much has happened; at least I don’t think it has lol. I’m still on dialysis, I still go 3 days a week, I’m still waiting for a transplant and I’m still having calcium and phosphate issues. See? Nothing has really changed since may!

At the moment my mum has her bottom firmly plastered to the couch because she had her ankle operated on a few weeks ago and is in plaster so she can’t walk very far (to the toilet and back is her limit) so my dad, sister and I have been her slaves ever since she came home from the hospital; make me a cuppa, get me some pain killers, give me a shower etc. Not that I don’t mind, I love my mum and she’s done everything for me when Ive been sick

In other non medical related news; I got an ipad2 on Monday, I’m trying to get use to it and trying to think of stuff I want to out on it hehe. So far I’ve got a few games, I’ve uploaded my HP7 part 1 movie onto here so I can watch it at dialysis tomorrow, I’ve also downloaded some Greys anatomy episodes that I some how missed watching when they aired! At least I don’t remember watching them hahaha. I got a good deal on it too; it’s rrp for $894 and I got it for $890 + a $10 discount on a $50 cover although I don’t really like how I can’t stand the iPad up with this cover how ever I love it as it’s a front and back cover

I have kidey Drs tomorrow morning which is going to be oh so fun..not. Hoping my calcium isnt too low otherwise I’ll get a good stern talking too I think.. Then I have dialysis at 2pm meaning I won’t get home until 8.30/9…depending on public transport. If I’m lucky I’ll be out of there by 6.30 so I can get the 7.07 bus home, meaning I won’t have to go to the train station and go the long way home!

Any way just wanted to see how it was to type all this on the iPad ha! It’s almost 12.30am so I should go to bed.

Today has been a very fun day, we went to WhiteWater World which is a water park here on the Gold Coast. We spent about 3.5 hours at the park, went on 3 slides and I tried to drown myself a few times in the wave pool. We got a lot of great pictures using my brothers under water camera (which is a great invention!) had a lot of fun posing for pics and trying to drown each other!

After whitewater world we headed back to the unit to have some showers and get ready for the Australian Outback Spectacular which a awesome AWESOME show! It goes through the history of the Australian Stockmen and Women of the Outback and is just overall awesome show. We got a 3 course meal, a nice wrap for entree, a steak with veggies, corn on the cob, potatoes and damper (it’s bread they have in the bush) and a pavlova for desert; I didn’t really eat the pavlova as it was too sweet for my tooth and I don’t really like pavlova (I know I’m weird.) We also got a stockman hat, which is quite cool!

Well it’s 10pm and we’re almost back at the unit and we’re going to just chill with some movies before bed.

Just a quick update to test the new wordpress iPhone app I just downloaded, will make updating my sites much easier that’s for sure

So not much has really happened, still alive which is always good, the rapture didn’t happen like that idiot said it would..he’s probably going to claim his maths was off again. But any way, it’s 12.11am here and I just wanted to test this new app. I likey so far! Shall see how it fares out when I’m in Queensland on the weekend. Can’t wait for my trip any way I better get going, I updated my dialysis diary as well. Night!

So sitting here, it’s about 11:30pm on 18th of June, last night I upgraded my wordpress from 2.7 to 2.9.2 and now, roughly 24 hours later they’ve released 3.0, at least upgrading is pretty simple these days, I’m much too tired to have fiddled and daddled with it all tonight.

I don’t really know why I’m tired to be honest, I know I was tossing and turning last night and I was awake way before the winter sun this morning but I managed to sleep in until almost midday and I haven’t done anything major today, just took a trip to the hospital to get some supplies for my Fistula wound.. maybe that’s what has tired me out since I haven’t really walked anywhere in almost a month (because of my fitula opertion then being admitted to hospital) so maybe the old muscles needed a good work out.. they do say to make yourself get a good nights rest hav a good day of exercising and nothing (for me) is more exercising than walking a million miles to the bus stop, to the hospital then home again!

I’m trying to work out what I’m going to do with all this space I have for the site.. maybe I’ll downgrade my package to the cheapest one, I’m always up for saving $15 a month lol. I use to have heaps of sites you know? fan sites, fanlistings, blends site etc but they all get so darn boring after awhile..or maybe I just have a short attention span (quite possible), perhaps I’ve just grown up and don’t ‘care’ for all that stuff any more?? At the moment I have 60GB of space and I’m barely using 3GB so maybe I should downgrade to the 50GB package..hmm, shall see what Vicki thinks tomorrow, the extra $15 I’m currently paying is no big deal, I just feel like I’m kinda wasting money not using any of that space. Of course after I downgrade I know I’ll think of sites I want to open up or even people looking for hosts.

I really should get off and set my Dialysis Machine up but to be honest I’m feeling much much too lazy to even move hahaha I think I had too much soup for dinner and I need to wait until 1am to have my antibiotic otherwise I won’t be feeling so good in the tummy while I’m trying to sleep. Only planned to have one lot of soup but I felt soooo hungry I needed seconds; I think seconds was too much, there’s still half a bowl sitting here which makes me sad as it’s tomato soup and that’s my favourite (just don’t tell the drs I’m eating it.)

I guess I should go and finish doing my Mages dailies on World Of Warcraft, she’s been really lazy since I got out of the hospital but only needs 5 more valiant seals to be a champion of Gnomeregan and she’s a little Gnomey so we can’t have her missing out on her LilTeaCup of Gnomeregan title, can we? it just sounds TOO cute, especially since she’s a gnome I’m sorry if I just confused you with this WoW talk but that’s what I do.. I love to play WoW so I’ll probably blog about playing it an awful lot, if you wanna become in game friends (or just ‘meet’ me I play on Aman’Thul Oh and don’t go thinking I’m obsessed with this game, I’ve been home since Tuesday (it’s now Saturday) and I’ve only played for 5 hours since getting home.. I hate the generalization that people put on computer games OMG NERDS or OMG GIRLS DONT PLAY COMPUTER GAMES!! well THIS girl does!

My Footy team, the Essendon Bombers lost tonight UGH. Stupid Hawthorn, was really hoping we’d win this match. The boys have really been on and off all season and it’s quite annoying.. bring back the team from 2000 where we won every match but one (GRRRR damn you Footscray!!!!) I’m also glad that my room is in the back of the house while dad is up the front, it means I usually can’t hear him yelling and screaming at the tv telling the umpires where to go.

Okkkkk I think it’s machine set up time, get into my jammies, wait for machine to be ready, clean my bed off, wait for machine to be ready, put my iphone on the charger, wait for machine to be ready and then hop into bed and pass out. Sounds like a great plan to me *waves*

Haven’t posted here at all since I re did the site, wowie. Today I was kinda bored so I thought I’d make a new layout, the images are from Australia Zoo, my mum, Vicki and I had the pleasure of going to Australia Zoo back in december 2008 and I do love the animal pictures so I thought I’d use them. Of course had to ad Steve Irwin and the Irwin family statue in it as well.

It’s currenly 12:40am almost and I’m pretty tired, looking at code and graphics all day. I need to go and set my Dialysis machine up for the night but not sure if I’m actually up to it..I just feel SO drained right now and my arm is not in the mood to try and lift 10kg boxes thank you, not after the big surgery I had 2 weeks ago (ok so wasn’t so ‘big’ but still, it hurt!!). My arm is now infected and I spent a week and a half in hospital from the th of June to the 15th of June thanks to that stupid surgery so it’s not my favourite thing to ‘like’ atm, not. at. all! That’s what I get for having a Heamodialysis Fistula inserted into my upper left arm, I guess.

I should log into WoW and do my dailies but ugghhh I think I’m falling asleep here so I’m going to leave it at this, go to bed and pass out. I think there’s still a few things I need to fix on the site in regards to the layout but if you see any errors please let me know by commenting, thanks. Oh and hosting is still open.. Well welcome to Unpanicable.Net, if anything looks familiar to you it’s because this use to be Sweet-Innocence.Net. The domain expired and when it did I wasn’t really into the web then as I had other important thing’s to think about but I miss having my own site, having a domain so my friend Kristy and I got into a thinking mode and came up with this name!

The idea for the name comes from the Backstreet Boys song ‘Panic’ which just happens to be my second favourite off their latest album Unbreakable and yes you read right: I’m a HUGE BSB fan, I’ve loved those guys since I was 11 years old and this layout is made up of pics from my recent trip interstate to see them when they visited Australia in February for their Unbreakable Tour. As you can see by the pic in the top right corner; I met them… four times! and they are amazing guys, even signed our t-shirts when we were told no.

Any whoo.. nothing much is going on with me right now.. actually that’s a lie.. I’m currently re-installing Windows on my Laptop because my brother stufft it up and I’ve been trying to get it fixed for over 4 hours now. Oi. I hate technology sometimes. I’m sick at the moment too, if you read my about me page you’ll see that I suffer with a Kidney Disease, High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol.. it’s all fun..really..ok so not really..it totally stinks. I hate it. I wish I was normal but then again what’s normal? at least that’s what I keep telling myself.

Tomorrow is a big day.. hope I can make it through it ok. I have a doctors appointment with my GP at 9am and then I have to head to the hospital to see my Kidney Specialist at 2:30pm or 3pm..I actually forget what time it’s for lol. I’ll have to look in my wallet and check.

Don’t really have much else to say..I wish it was Spring already.. I hate autumn/winter, it gets too darn cold and I end up in hospital too much because the cold is not good for my Kidney’s so they play up. Too bad there’s no place in Australia where it’s 25 degrees all year round!
